Many couples believe that counselling will “fix ‘ their partners or it will decide who is right or wrong.
But the couple therapy is a process to understand that both are good people, making sense from their own perspective..
Whether it is for their own sake or their children’ s, partners if keen to mend relationship, have to learn to forgive, move on from the past, communicate better , also become aware of their partners thoughts and feelings.
Some relations are irreparable, the couple has to realize and move on without harming and hurting themselves and the partner.
First by individual sessions, followed by couple sessions focusing on resolving conflicts, improving the communication, and with help of various exercises like anger release, forgiveness exercise, tapping they can improve their relation.
